Although we are a very capable Foundry and Machining tooling shop, we also have extensive machining services available. We offer subcontracting machining services to help you satisfy customer needs with supplemental services. Our large turning and horizontal machining services may be of particular interest.

• Large Vertical CNC Turning: Ikega 1100 Vertical Boring Mill, 54” swing
• Small Horizontal CNC Turning: Hitachi Seiki HITEC-Turn20S11, 8-1/4” x 15”
• Vertical Machining:
  • 4 Fadal Vertical Machining Centers up to 30” x 60” x 29”
  • 5 Haas Vertical Machining Centers up to 40” x 64” x 30”
• Large Horizontal CNC Machining:
  • G&L Bore Mill and Cincinnati Model 10-H2500 Up to 100” x 60” x 30”

In addition to our CNC shop, we have extensive manual machining capability including several manual lathes, bridgeports and horizontal machine tools.
