Voss Pattern has been a supplier of high quality high production green sand tooling for many years. We will work with you to design and build tooling that fits your foundry’s needs. Our intention is to listen and understand your foundry’s requirements and preferences.

We cut patterns ranging from stainless steel to hardwood and all materials in between. We will build to suit your fully detailed 3D models or 2D prints or we are equally happy to provide design services to start with a 3D model or print and fully design the tooling to suit your needs. From large molding machines down to small Hunter and Disa matchplates, we can provide the right tool at a competitive cost for the job.
